Within the Blood explores fire as an internal condition: not a visible flame, but a force already circulating beneath the surface of the body. Red branching forms spread through a dark field like veins, roots, lightning, or ruptures, suggesting that heat is not only something that burns from outside, but something carried within: inherited, remembered, and alive.

The work imagines blood as a site of transformation, where energy, pain, memory, and vitality move through the same fragile system. The red lines appear to pulse, split, and reconnect, forming a map of inner tension and hidden movement. Through woven image and material surface, Within the Blood holds fire as a quiet but persistent force: intimate, biological, and impossible to separate from the body.
